Responsible for project planning, cost control, budgeting, variance analysis, stakeholder management, and contracts management. Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil or related discipline, M-Tech with PG in project management, and a minimum of 10 years of experience.

Overall responsible for the successful execution and completion of the project in compliance with contractual requirements. Coordinates with relevant Business sector Head, manages scope changes, defines planning and milestones, identifies risks and opportunities, and ensures project communication and documentation control. Manages project procurement and interfaces efficiently between technical teams and third parties. Responsible for managing multiple projects and project team, ensuring delivery of completed design packages or construction works.

Responsible for accounting for regional office, project financials preparation and analysis, MIS, P&L and balance sheet for the region, and revenue recognition.
