Leads independent IT controls testing across technology and operational risk areas, assessing control design and operating effectiveness. Reviews evidence, validates remediation and programme closure readiness, identifies control weaknesses and residual risks, prepares assurance reports, escalates issues, and presents findings to senior governance stakeholders. The role also enhances testing methodologies, maintains audit-ready documentation, and provides coaching and quality oversight to junior testers.

Own the organization’s cybersecurity program, including SOC 2 Type 2 compliance, cloud security posture management, vulnerability management, IAM, Google Workspace security, endpoint protection, detection and incident response. Develop policies, automate security workflows with Python, Bash, and Terraform, manage audits and risk assessments, and advise engineering, IT, legal, leadership, and customers on security matters.

Drive the IT compliance and SOX program across ITGCs and ITACs, including control design, effectiveness testing, audits, documentation, risk assessment, and remediation. Oversee access, change management, computer operations, cloud configuration, automated controls, and financial-reporting systems. Partner with Engineering, Product, Security, Finance, auditors, and control owners to automate evidence collection, implement continuous monitoring, sustain SDLC controls, and guide responsible AI adoption.

Lead IT risk assessments, evaluate and document inherent and residual risks, partner with stakeholders to develop and monitor risk response plans, support enterprise IT risk and cyber security initiatives, maintain risk management procedures and best practices, and communicate risks across ITS and business units.
