As a Product Manager within the Wealth Managemnt, you will lead the strategic development of innovative tools and experiences that transform wealth management for clients and advisors. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver market-leading capabilities that enhance client acquisition and advisor productivity.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the build-out of the product roadmap and feature set, ensuring cutting-edge digital capabilities.
- Collaborate with business, design, research, marketing, and technology teams to deliver cohesive customer journeys.
- Engage with stakeholders to define roadmaps that meet business and consumer needs.
- Define product initiatives and business cases, ensuring a unified product landscape.
- Provide vision and scope documentation to support design and development.
- Integrate data analytics and market analysis to prioritize product initiatives.
- Track business case metrics and ensure product delivery aligns with financial plans.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in financial services.
- Experience managing product delivery across multiple work streams.
- Strong understanding of Agile development frameworks.
- Experience in authoring business requirements and defining user stories.
- Ability to build consensus and influence peers with diverse viewpoints.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated and able to excel under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Subject matter expertise in wealth management or personal finance.
- M.B.A. or graduate degree in a relevant field.
- Experience preferably in wealth management or related fields
