Job Summary
The Process Integrity Specialist supports the evaluation and improvement of operational processes across company locations. This role requires the ability to exercise judgment in assessing process data, identifying potential risks or inefficiencies, and contributing to improvement initiatives. The Process Integrity Specialist is expected to apply analytical thinking, discretion, and a structured decision-making approach to support consistent and compliant operations.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
The Role’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to
Process Assessment Support - Participate in evaluations of business operation, identify process variations and collaborate with teams to suggest improvements based on findings.
Site Visit Coordination & Execution - Conduct site visits to observe operations, gather data, and meet with stakeholders, prioritize findings and prepare summaries.
Data Collection & Entry - Collect and input process performance data for analysis, reporting and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Documentation Maintenance – Facilitate the drafting, revising, and standardizing SOPs, process maps, and workflows, and use independent judgment to align documentation with operational goals and regulatory standards.
Audit & Compliance Assistance - Support internal process reviews by preparing documentation, assisting with compliance checklists, and following up on corrective actions.
Training & Learning - Participate in training sessions on process integrity tools, standards, methodologies and continuously develop knowledge of operations and compliance practices.
Required Experience
Bachelor’s or associate degree in business, operations, quality, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
1–3 years of experience in a business operations, quality assurance, or compliance support role.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and build relationships across departments.
Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Open to receiving feedback and committed to personal and professional growth.
Understanding of databases and reporting tools.
Ability to document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Working Conditions
This position requires the ability to travel up to 80% to various company locations.
Able to work in the elements, such as in extreme temperatures (hot/cold).
May be exposed to loud noises.
Able to stand/sit for long periods of time.
