This role is within Chamberlain Group’s Sales function. A successful candidate is expected to (i) develop approach for merchandising, assortment and promotional planning; manage emerging category expansion for Internet of Things products, cameras, locks, and video camera integrated garage door openers, (ii) analyze and support utilizing Point of Sale data for forecasting, P&L management and customer recommendations; manage customer e-commerce sales including item setup, marketing programs and digital metric report-outs, Requires 5-8 years of retail account management experience and a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop approach for merchandising, assortment and promotional planning; manage emerging category expansion for Internet of Things products, cameras, locks, video camera integrated garage door openers
Analyze and support utilizing Point of Sale data for forecasting, P&L management and customer recommendations; manage customer e-commerce sales including item setup, marketing programs and digital metric report-outs
Analyze account opportunities and performance; discover and address customer needs; generate and develop new business opportunities
Manage end-to-end sales activities including conducting sales presentations; manage customer installation programs
Manage and develop strategic relationships with key internal and external decision makers
Create solution-based sales strategies, using research and market insight as leverage
Forecast demand and budget to support joint business planning with the customer; identify logistical synergies
Conduct competitive research and develop a plan to counter competitive influence
Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree, Master's of Business Administration preferred
5-8 years of retail account management experience
Knowledge of Internet of Things space, connected products, and cameras/locks
Able to travel up to 30% - domestically; valid driver's license
Preferred: Experience with multi-faceted, large volume accounts and an understanding of industry competitors is desired
Preferred: Fluency in Spanish or French-Canadian; business financial analysis capabilities

The pay range for this position is $99,400.00- $155,350.00 CAD; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
