Job Summary
The Process Integrity Senior Specialist is responsible for supporting the development, monitoring, and continuous improvement of critical business processes to ensure alignment with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and operational best practices. This role requires a strong ability to communicate clearly, build relationships across teams, and foster a culture of integrity and continuous learning. The Process Integrity Senior Specialist will play a key part in conducting site assessments, collecting and analyzing data, and collaborating with business units to drive process compliance and efficiency while exercising sound judgment, adaptability, proactive problem-solving.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
The Role’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to
Process Assessments - Conduct onsite and remote reviews of operational processes independently to evaluate effectiveness, identify gaps, and ensure alignment with established standards.
Compliance Monitoring – Facilitate the execution of process integrity audits and risk assessments. Document findings and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
Data Analysis & Reporting - Gather and analyze process performance data to identify trends, outliers, and improvement opportunities. Prepare reports and summaries for internal stakeholders.
Process Documentation - Create and maintain accurate documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), process maps, checklists, and guidelines.
Continuous Improvement Support - Partner with business units to implement process changes. Support the rollout of improvement initiatives, training, and knowledge-sharing efforts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with stakeholders across departments such as Operations, Quality, Compliance, and IT to support process alignment and operational consistency.
Training & Change Support - Support in developing and delivering training related to process standards and improvements. Act as a resource for departments during change implementation.
Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, quality, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
3–5 years of experience in process improvement, compliance, internal audit, or quality systems.
Strong attention to detail with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, manage time effectively, and adapt to shifting priorities.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus.
Working knowledge of pipe, valves & fittings, oilfield and gas products.
Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as Oracle is preferred.
Working Conditions
This position requires the ability to travel up to 80% to various company locations.
Able to work in the elements, such as in extreme temperatures (hot/cold).
May be exposed to loud noises.
Able to stand/sit for long periods of time.
