Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in application design and development.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Compensation, Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
- Strong expertise in application design and configuration within enterprise environments.
- Experience in integrating complex business processes into software solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that impact multiple teams and systems.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to drive project success and innovation.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Workday Core Compensation.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
