Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems. The role requires continuous enhancement of software components to meet evolving business requirements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and iterative development using modern methodologies ensures the delivery of efficient and scalable applications that address specific organizational challenges.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
- Strong knowledge of service lifecycle management and IT service delivery frameworks.
- Experience in managing infrastructure incidents, problems, and changes effectively.
- Ability to analyze and optimize infrastructure service processes to improve efficiency.
- Skilled in using tools and platforms that support infrastructure monitoring and management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on maintaining service quality and availability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
