Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. This role requires engaging with various stakeholders to understand requirements and translating them into functional software solutions. The workday often includes iterative development, testing, and refining applications to ensure they align with organizational goals and improve operational efficiency. Collaboration with team members to integrate new features and troubleshoot issues is also a key part of daily activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Document application designs, configurations, and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps.
- Experience in designing and developing custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps platform.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and deployment processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to application functionality and performance.
- Familiarity with integrating Microsoft Power Apps with other Microsoft services and third-party applications.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Apps.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
