Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Maintain and optimize existing software components to enhance performance and reliability.
- Document technical specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SLO Upgrades & Migrations.
- Strong knowledge of system landscape management and SAP environment configuration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP Basis.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and system monitoring tools within SAP environments.
- Experience in managing SAP transports and system upgrades.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
