Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SLO Upgrades & Migrations.
- Strong knowledge of system performance tuning and troubleshooting within SAP environments.
- Experience in managing SAP landscapes including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Ability to work with database management and operating system integration related to SAP systems.
- Familiarity with backup and recovery procedures to ensure system availability and data integrity.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
