Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables effectively.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM Information Management System (IMS) Database, Cobol Mainframe, Job Control Language (JCL).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cobol Mainframe, Job Control Language (JCL).
- Strong understanding of database management and optimization techniques related to IBM Information Management System (IMS).
- Experience in designing, coding, and testing software components within complex application environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in legacy systems while implementing enhancements.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and best practices in custom software engineering.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in IBM Information Management System (IMS) Database.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
