Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve applying your expertise in various technologies and methodologies to support clients and projects, ensuring that the software solutions meet their needs effectively and efficiently. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software that aligns with project goals and client expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Continuously assess and improve processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens NX.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with software configuration management tools.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Familiarity with integration of software systems within existing infrastructures.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Siemens NX.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
