Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leveraging modular design principles and advanced integration methods to guide and support Application Development Teams. The role emphasizes adopting a cloud-first and mobile-first approach to deliver innovative solutions. Working within an Agile framework, the engineer collaborates across various projects, balancing different scopes and scales to maximize value and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
- Assist in the documentation and communication of technical designs and solutions.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve development processes and methodologies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OneStream Extensive Finance SmartCPM.
- Strong understanding of modular software architectures and integration techniques.
- Experience working within Agile development environments.
- Ability to design and implement cloud-first and mobile-first solutions.
- Familiarity with software development best practices and lifecycle management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving project requirements.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in OneStream Extensive Finance SmartCPM.
- This position is based at our Nagpur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
