Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to align technical efforts with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Banking.
- Strong knowledge of application design and configuration within banking environments.
- Experience in managing software development lifecycles and deployment processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration among diverse teams.
- Familiarity with integration of banking systems and third-party applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP for Banking.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
