As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs. You will engage in designing tailored software solutions that align with organizational goals and operational workflows. Your role includes continuous interaction with cross-functional teams to ensure that the applications developed effectively support business processes. You will also participate in refining project requirements and contribute to the overall software design strategy, ensuring that the solutions are scalable and maintainable over time.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth of junior team members.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development.
- Experience in designing and implementing cloud-native applications using SAP Business Technology Platform.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and integration techniques.
- Ability to work with various development tools and frameworks related to SAP BTP.
- Familiarity with database management and data modeling concepts within the SAP ecosystem.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BTP Application Development.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
