- To Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- To assist tp Prepare various letters to the employees like employment certificate, conformation letters, address proof certificates etc.
- Manage attendance software
- Resolve employee’s queries related with attendance & leave
- To Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, including organizing events and activities.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to various HR projects and initiatives.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs and workshops for employee development
Education & Experience
- MBA in HR Fresher
