Job Summary
As a Trading Services Analyst within the Derivatives team, you will draft and affirm legal confirmations, ensuring compliance with business standards. You will drive efficiency by identifying and correcting booking practices, educating the Middle Office on impacts. Your role involves building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Job Responsibilities
- Draft and affirm legal confirmations for derivatives
- Understand legal aspects of derivatives confirmations
- Drive efficiency in current processes
- Identify and correct booking practices
- Educate Middle Office on process impacts
- Escalate unissued/unexecuted documents timely
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with Middle and Front Office teams
- Investigate and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with business standards
- Sustain strong working relationships with counterparts
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Hold a graduate degree with minimum 4 years of experience
- Demonstrate strong partnership abilities
- Exhibit motivation and proactive problem-solving skills
- Handle high complexity in product coverage
- Shift gears easily and manage changing priorities
- Work comfortably in a fast-paced trading environment
- Be willing to work all shifts
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Possess ISDA knowledge
