Job Summary
As a Team Leader in the Credit Portfolio Group, you will be responsible for Collateral Data Management and ensuring GAUSS adherence for all controls and regulations. You will manage cross-LOB metrics and projects, fostering a culture of continuous improvement across Back Office, Middle Office, and global teams. Your role involves interacting with multiple Operations & Technology teams to redesign processes.
Job Responsibilities
- Track remap negotiations and manage NMCR phase 2 demand.
- Organize team to track and control CSAs.
- Oversee CSA discount curve mappings for each LOB.
- Translate CSA information into Discount curves and FCFs.
- Implement key controls over CSA data changes.
- Ensure data quality in CSA Discount curve mapping.
- Coordinate global strategy across asset classes.
- Capture CSA changes' impact on PnL and Risk.
- Partner with Operations, Technology, and Front Office.
- Define and implement new requirements globally.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Hold a CA/MBA with 4 years or Graduate/Post-Graduate with 5 years in Derivative Operations.
- Demonstrate strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit strong communication skills and articulate in English.
- Pay attention to detail and address root causes.
- Show drive and motivation, handling multiple tasks.
- Lead and improve team performance.
- Collaborate effectively with local and global teams.
