Job Summary
As a Trade lifecycle Associate within JPMorgan Chase, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the firm's operational strength. You will focus on defining, refining, and achieving set goals for the firm. Your responsibilities include providing comprehensive support for the day-to-day operations of FX Products.
Job Responsibilities
- Apply FX trade life cycle knowledge in operations
- Handle confirmations, settlements, and post-settlements
- Manage swifts and nostro breaks efficiently
- Work in a currency cut-off driven environment
- Meet timelines and service delivery standards
- Escalate issues timely to mitigate settlement risks
- Engage in client servicing and regular interactions
- Collaborate with internal partners and clients
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools for BAU activities
- Prepare and publish reports as required
- Comply with policies, procedures, and controls
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Exhibit strong partnership abilities
- Handle high complexity in product coverage
- Shift gears easily and manage changing priorities
- Work comfortably in a fast-paced trading environment
- Demonstrate proficiency in written and verbal communication
- Apply strong analytical and organizational skills
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Possess a post-graduate qualification
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Investment Banking Operations
- Demonstrate experience in FX trade processing
- Show expertise in settlements and reconciliations
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills
- Maintain a focus on detail and accuracy
- Engage effectively with diverse teams
