- Work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Maintain system documentation and process guidelines
- Secondary skills:
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide effective resolutions
- Experience with Salesforce deployment tools and release management
