We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Senior Sales Executive – TFE to lead sales efforts in the Tractors and Farm Equipment segment. The role involves enhancing the deposit pool, driving cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring high standards of customer service and branch operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail liabilities, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of financial products and customer service delivery. This role requires a balance of tactical execution and strategic thinking, with a focus on delivering customer delight and driving branch profitability.
ResponsibilitiesEnhance the deposit pool from customers through acquisition and retention strategies Drive sales of non-deposit products including Mutual Funds, Insurance, and other cross-sell offerings Generate fee income and contribute to branch profitability Ensure high-quality customer service and establish service delivery standards Oversee branch administration and ensure regulatory compliance Manage productivity and morale of branch team members Take ownership of branch break-even and P&L performance Liaise with product management, marketing, and other verticals for service enhancements and sales initiatives Coordinate across all customer service units to ensure consistent customer satisfactionKotak Mahindra Bank Dharamātālā, Paschim Banngaal, IND Office
