Sr Business Operations Analyst - (Sales Enablement/content creation)
As a Senior Business Operation Analyst (Sales Enablement) You responsibilities include:
- Manage Highspot to ensure content is organized and accessible.
- Develop and maintain enablement materials such as playbooks, training videos, and presentations.
- Facilitate onboarding and training programs for smooth knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align content with sales strategies.
- Monitor engagement and effectiveness, using data to drive improvements.
- Coordinate large-scale initiatives like sales kickoffs and product launch training.
- Support internal communication and maintain an up-to-date content repository.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in sales enablement.
Who are you?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, content creation, or related roles.
- Proficiency in tools like Highspot, Synthesia, Camtasia, and Canva.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Experience with instructional design and eLearning development.
- Familiarity with content creation tools (PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Video editing experience (Camtasia, Synthesia).
