Job Description
As a Solutions Architect, you will collaborate with other technology experts to transform business processes. At MassMutual, you'll demonstrate accountability, agility, inclusiveness, business acumen, and courage in challenging situations. Strong communication, a passion for learning, leadership, resilience, and self-awareness are essential. In this role, you will be expected to:
Experience: 11-15 Years
- Design and implement modern data architectures using lakehouse technologies preferably Snowflake.
- Lead the development of robust data pipelines for batch and streaming use cases using tools like Apache Spark, Kafka, and Flink.
- Architect and operationalize Master Data Management (MDM) solutions to ensure consistency, accuracy, and governance of critical business data.
- Enable API-driven data access and integration strategies to support internal and external data consumers.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate wealth management and insurance data requirements into scalable data models and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards (e.g., FINRA, GDPR, NAIC).
- Drive cloud migration and modernization of legacy data platforms.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams and contribute to architectural best practices.
