Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Well-organized and detail-oriented
Analytical thinker
Ability to meet process SLAs (TAT & Quality)
Responsible to comprehend, and having good customer service attitude to clarify articulate the resolution
Transaction process for US Life/Annuity processes
Good time management and organizational skill
Requirements/Qualifications:
Any bachelor’s degree (Non – Technical) with 2025 or 2026 pass outs only. (No B.Tech)
0 to 1 year of experience in US Insurance Operations
Excellent verbal and written communication skill
Must be details and solutions oriented
Ability to work under pressure
Strong computer proficiency
Typing speed should be 30 WPM
Flexible for night shifts
Preferred Skillsets:
US Life Insurance and Annuity awareness
Proficiency in MS Office
