Job Responsibilities:
▪ Input new hire job data and compensation into Workday and Dayforce ensuring the information is accurate and matching in both systems.
▪ Input new hire direct deposit, tax information and deductions in Dayforce ensuring the information is accurate.
▪ Process job changes, pay changes, shift changes, employee personal data changes in both Workday and Dayforce ensuring the information is accurate.
▪ Complete current and terminated employment verifications using the data from Workday and Dayforce.
Qualification, Experience, Skills & Competencies:
▪ Minimum of 8 to 10 years directly related experience working in a human resources environment.
▪ Knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), highly preferable experience in Workday. ▪ Strong Microsoft Excel skills
▪ Must be fluent in English.
▪ Flexibility to support local teams in respective time zones.
▪ Proven adaptability to work with cross-cultural groups within a global organization.
▪ Strong organizational skills and the ability to successfully complete multiple tasks within established and changing deadlines.
▪ Must demonstrate high initiative, accuracy, and the ability to maintain confidential information, records, and/or files.
