High Performance Computing, AI and Labs is a critical element of HPE. What you’ll do:
- Work with team to develop and expand our GUI support and capabilities
- Contribute to design, development of the new product features, bug fixes and enhancement requests per product requirements and schedules
- Contribute to support of the product with debug, root cause analysis, and resolution of issues
- Work on problems/projects where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of multiple factors.
- Participate in cross-functional multi-site team.
- Provides guidance and mentoring to less- experienced staff members.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Expertise in multiple software systems design tools and languages.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Designing software systems running on multiple platform types.
- Software systems testing methodology, including writing and execution of test plans, debugging, and testing scripts and tools.
- Expertise in development of Web-based user interfaces using languages like HTML5, CSS, Javascript, Bootstrap, jQuery, React/Redux, REST and similar platforms.
- Expertise in development of mobile applications is desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Linux and/or Unix internals
- Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at management levels.
Preferred Skills:
- Data center and operations knowledge
- Experience with Storage solutions is a plus
- Understanding of HPC systems and related technologies
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum/continuous integration software development environments is a plus
- Experience developing test cases for continuous integration automation frameworks is a plus
- Experience working in cross-functional or geographically distributed software development teams is a plus
What you need to bring:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Typically 4-8 years experience.
