About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager.
In this role, you will:
- Lead or participate in variety of complex functions within the digital environment
- Contribute to large-scale planning related to the execution of the digital strategy
- Review and analyze complex content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research or product management that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
- Independently resolve complex issues
- Lead team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of digital initiatives, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Potentially lead projects, teams or provide direction to junior staff on less complex digital initiatives
- Establish a strong understanding of corporate onboarding functions and features
- Identify change impacts and define delivery methods to communicate change impacts
- Translate onboarding features into language that user base can readily consume
- Identify tasks required of a learner and prioritizing those tasks for training
- Facilitate and deliver training or other related facilitation experience such a group meetings and consultation c
- Research, develop, and edit operational procedures and documents
- Conduct testing to ensure tool functionality addresses the underlying business need
- Conduct production validation
- Participate in production support
- Ensure plans/programs adhere to appropriate policies and regulations
- Have strong relationship management skills, with the ability to define an effective engagement model in a matrixed environment
- Develop creative innovative solutions to improve efficiencies
Required Qualifications,:
- 4+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
