As a Reference Data Analyst within the Reference Data Team, you ensure all client requests for account opening, maintenance, and closure are actioned and responded to with utmost care and diligence. You facilitate high-quality and timely completion of all client requests, consistently displaying exceptional client service standards to define, analyze, and resolve inquiries and escalations. You closely manage day-to-day operations, proactively and strategically improving processes to ensure the team meets firm-wide quality standards.

As a Reference Data Analyst within the Reference Data Team, you ensure all client requests for account opening, maintenance, and closure are actioned and responded to with utmost care and diligence. Job Responsibilities
- Understand and implement custody initiations, covering global custody and sub-custody account opening and maintenance activities.
- Articulate the firm's requirements and various smart forms to end clients, guiding them through completion.
- Partner with clients, service delivery teams, and downstream teams for seamless completion of assigned tasks.
- Exhibit the highest standards of customer service to internal and external customers, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Create an effective and efficient team through continuous communication, timely feedback, and appropriate supervisory practices.
- Showcase process improvements and implement necessary process changes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage day-to-day operations and strategically drive team performance to consistently meet quality standards.
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities
- Bachelor's Degree or Graduate Degree.
- 1+ years experience in the financial services industry with a demonstrated track record of delivery and relevant experience in the custody domain.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Outstanding client management, partnership building, leadership, and direct experience dealing with stakeholders using effective communication, organization, prioritization, and interpersonal skills.
