Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead portfolio financial planning activities, including capital planning, forecasting, long-range planning, and investment analysis
• Develop financial models, business cases, Cost Benefit Analyses (CBAs), portfolio forecasts, and executive recommendations that support strategic decision-making
• Partner with Product Managers to improve financial planning, validate assumptions, and standardize portfolio planning methodologies
• Support pricing strategy, commercial analysis, and financial modeling for customer proposals and product investments
• Monitor portfolio financial performance, identify trends and risks, and provide actionable insights to leadership
• Support vendor financial planning, commercial agreements, contract financial analysis, and Intersegment Agreement (ISA) activities
• Build solid partnerships across Product Delivery, Product Management, Finance, and Pricing to improve portfolio planning, investment quality, and business performance
• Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks
• Evaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic innovation
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience in business analysis, portfolio planning, financial planning, consulting, or product management.
• Experience developing business cases, investment analyses, and executive presentations.
• Solid analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or Master's degree
• Healthcare or healthcare technology experience
• Experience with pricing strategy, capital planning, portfolio management, or commercial analysis
• Experience supporting executive decision-making and cross-functional strategic initiatives
