Primary Responsibilities:

• Understand low level requirements via PRD's (Product Requirement Document) and FSDs(Functional Specification on Document)
• Design and implement software solutions
• Write, code review, and maintain high-quality code
• Participate in defects triaging and fixing
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field with 6 to 10 years of experience in developing software projects primarily using Java as a programing language
• Good experience in Frameworks like Spring (Model-View-Controller/Inverse of Control/ Aspect-Oriented Programming) and ORM as Hibernate
• Experience in working on AI technologies like: LLM Models, Co-Pilot, GenAI/Prompt Engineering
• Expertise in object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and practices and an inclination to do hands-on coding
• SQL knowledge preferably with Oracle as Database
• Proven excellent problem solving and debugging skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop High & low-level design
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with global teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in developing software products
• Experience in BRMS (Business Rule Management Systems) tools and technologies, especially with authoring rules in DMN (Decision Model and Notation)
• Knowledge of US healthcare domain
• Exposure to AWS cloud and ReactJ
