Job Description

We are now looking for an Agreement Sales Engineer who is passionate about working in sales Department.  In this role, you will be responsible for generating the enquiries, offer solution, closing the deal & AR receipt and business development looking at Growth.

Your key role:

  • Responsible for meeting assigned sales targets for agreement-based services and new business development.
  • Primary activities include targeting, preparation of sales offers for agreements and other new business opportunities.
  • Identify the assets and required data for agreement creation. Develop competency and use processes and tools provided for this role.
  • Support agreement renewals in accordance with the agreement retention policy. Refer opportunities for other products to other sales resources by creating sales cases.

Job Summary:

The Agreement Sales will be responsible for driving long-term service and maintenance contract sales for the Lifting Machineries and various Consultation Products. This role involves strategic planning, client relationship management, and coordination with operations team and support functions to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow agreement-based sales (e.g., AMC, service contracts).
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and new customer segments.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to understand needs and ensure satisfaction with service agreements.
  • Resolve client issues related to pricing, service delivery, and contract terms.

Contract Management

  • Prepare, negotiate, and finalize service agreements in coordination with legal and finance teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Monitor contract performance and renewal cycles.

 

Reporting & Analysis

  • Track and report sales performance, contract status, and customer feedback.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Present periodic performance reports to senior management.

Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical)
  • 9–10 years of experience in machinery industry sales, with at least 6-8 years in agreement or service contract sales.
  • Strong understanding of machinery lifecycle, service models, and customer pain points.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel as required for client meetings and site visits.
