Serve as an Oracle Fusion SME for Quote-to-Cash modules, lead client workshops and design reviews, produce FDDs/TDDs/BRDs, leverage Oracle Fusion AI capabilities for automation, provide configuration/troubleshooting, and support migration and hypercare handovers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across Oracle Fusion modules relevant to QTC — including Order Management, Revenue Management, AR, Subscription Management, and PPM.
- Actively participate in client-facing workshops, design reviews, and solution walkthroughs, independently addressing functional and technical questions.
- Support the To-Be Design phase, contributing to Functional Design Documents (FDDs), Technical Design Documents (TDDs), and overall solution architecture.
- Leverage Oracle Fusion AI Studio /ML capabilities to identify opportunities for automation, intelligent process optimization, and enhanced decision-making within the QTC cycle.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and Process Leads to ensure solution designs align with business requirements and Oracle best practices.
- Provide hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and design validation support across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
- Support documentation efforts including BRDs, MD50s, and Data Migration strategies for formal sign-offs and hypercare handovers.
- Proactively engage with business stakeholders to build confidence in technical solutioning and reduce escalations
Skills Required:
- Proven experience integrating or leveraging Oracle Fusion AI / Generative AI / Redwood AI capabilities within ERP/CX processes.
- Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash business processes end-to-end.
- Experience with Enterprise Architecture principles and large-scale ERP transformation programs.
- Demonstrated ability to independently engage in client-facing discussions, workshops, and design sessions.
- Strong documentation skills — FDDs, TDDs, BRDs, and solution architecture artifacts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build client confidence through domain expertise
