Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and Own Marketing Operations Reporting Infrastructure
- Lead the creation, delivery, and governance of standardized reports and dashboards for marketing campaign delivery effectiveness and operational KPIs.
- Partner with data analytics teams to define data model requirements and ensure reporting outputs are scalable, automated, and accurate.
- Identify gaps in current reporting processes and implement enhancements to drive efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of reporting logic, metric definitions, data sources, and refresh cadences.

2. Drive Insights and Performance Measurement
- Lead the transform of raw data into compelling delivery performance stories that help drive marketing process optimization.
- Analyze operational quality, effectiveness, throughput to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Partner with Marketing Analytics to develop test-and-learn measurement frameworks and synthesize experiment results into practical insights.
- Collaborate with product owners to align reporting deliverables with evolving business needs and transformation initiatives.
3. Lead Reporting Governance and Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing operational reporting needs and coordinate intake, prioritization, and delivery with internal teams.
- Establish processes to ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across all reporting assets.
- Facilitate cross-functional reporting cadences, including executive-level marketing operations updates.
- Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
4. Collaboration with Reporting Resources
- Partner with a team of data analysts and vendor partners (if applicable) responsible for dashboard development and ad hoc analysis.
- Provide coaching, oversight, and development support to ensure high-quality deliverables and professional growth.
- Foster a culture of curiosity, continuous improvement, and data-driven storytelling within the team.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or marketing operations.
- At least 2 years of experience managing people or leading project teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a quantitative or business discipline.
- 6 plus years of experience in performance marketing, digital analytics, or operations reporting.
- Familiarity with Snowflake, Adobe Workfront, or similar data infrastructure.
- Experience supporting transformation or change initiatives within Marketing or Technology functions.
- Ability to influence stakeholders across Marketing, Data, and Technology through data storytelling and actionable insights.
- Strong business acumen with a customer-first mindset and a drive for operational excellence.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Adobe Workfront) and understanding of campaign lifecycle metrics.
- Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Quicksight or Power BI.
