This role is responsible for driving viewer growth and Watch Time Hours (WTH) for Jio Cinema Bangla. The candidate will develop and execute data-driven growth strategies across various channels to acquire new viewers, convert existing social media audience, and retain users for long-term engagement.

 

What will you do?

  • Growth Strategy for Jio Cinema Bangla:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth plan to achieve viewer and WTH targets
  • Analyse viewer behaviour and market trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Build and optimize the user acquisition funnel across various channels

  • Social Media Audience Growth & Conversion:
  • Design and execute performance marketing campaigns on social media platforms to acquire new viewers
  • Develop strategies to convert existing social media followers into regular Jio Cinema Bangla viewers

  • Content Strategy & Partnerships:
  • Collaborate with the linear marketing team to create acquisition funnels leveraging Jio’s linear channels
  • Develop strategies to convert viewers from specific language streams into regular viewers across all content categories
  • Explore inorganic partnerships to expand reach and drive WTH

  • Inventory Management & Utilization:
  • Effectively utilize Jio’s digital and linear advertising inventory to optimize viewer acquisition efforts

Who should apply?

  • Candidates with 8-10 years of relevant experience in OTT, Edtech, Fintech, or Service Tech industries
  • Individuals with proven track record of successfully scaling up customer base in previous roles
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Experience in developing and executing performance marketing campaigns.
