What you will do:

  • Support sales enablement platform by coordinating and providing training to the business administrators who will maintain the system once deployed and Understand end user goals and requirements for sales and digital marketing platforms
  • Participates in technical design, prototypes/mockups, QA/testing, and delivery of solutions for new projects and/or release cycles for an array of sales and digital marketing platforms including social media, surveys, and marketing insights
  • Provides strategic business support to enable sales and marketing teams, and launches resources for platforms as needed
  • Cultivates positive vendor relationships by maintaining communication between all involved parties
  • Troubleshoots configurations and platform challenges and makes solution recommendations
  • Serves as an advocate to ensure platform problems are resolved to completion and to the user’s satisfaction as well as keeps the user updated on the status of requests by connecting daily with Stryker Help desk
  • Supports and participates in the definition and prioritization of quality requirements from all solution stakeholders
  • Identifies opportunities to improve system process flows, performance, and technical efficiencies (i.e. solution template reuse)

What you will need:

  • 2+ years working in with sales and/or marketing technologies like Highspot, Marketo,
  • Able to communicate effectively with both IT and Business
  • Comfortable collaborating across a cross-functional and matrixed organization
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university, preferably in the areas of Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent field of study required.
