· Financial planning & analysis experience, Technical background, ITIL & PM Certification, excel master, team management, program and portfolio management experience.
· Manage the strategic portfolio of projects to ensure compliance in scope, time, quality and budget.
· Define the methodologies to manage the portfolio and manage the projects and evaluate the initiatives that must be structured as projects to enter the portfolio.
· Manage and monitor the progress of the project portfolio, periodically delivering status reports and financial reports to the General Manager.
· Manage the risks of the project portfolio, including stakeholder management, recommending actions and scaling the risks they expose to the company.
· Evaluate compliance with the results committed in the Business Cases of each project and propose corrective actions in case of deviations.
· Responsible for a properly accomplished of processes and company methodology.
· Understand the business needs and priorities and, based on those, contribute to the manufacturing plan for the unit.
· Identifies improvement opportunities through a variety of sources: discussions with executives, analysis of current processes.
· Participates in the definition of business priorities and remains connected to business sponsors, external forums, vendors, other banks of the group and Corporate.
· Leads the implementation: manage implementation teams, report progress to executive level suggests necessary adjustments to the designed solution.
· Financial impact estimate and budget, cost management (e.g. investment required, new FTE required, vendor cost savings)
· Strategy development, portfolio creation and roadmap for IT for IT initiatives definition.
· Manage the relationship with the business line Management for his/ her scope of work as well as other stakeholders such as compliance and legal.
· “Understands solutions and raise any risk or gap that can impact project implementation”.
· Implementation planning: defining the overall timeline and mobilizing resources, project team creation for proper project initiation and portfolio control.
· Monitors the production of factories based on SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and controls as well as their overall activity and proposes improvement and corrective measures.
· Manages and monitors team performance, identifies and mitigates risks and anticipates any correction measure or service improvement initiative proactively.
· Understand capacity and intake process for the different technical areas, including vendors or Factories, to be able to plan and manage workload smartly.
· Ensure accurate and transparent project reporting to business sponsors, handles communication with Executives and CIO representatives, remediate for any escalation or issue when required.
· Closely monitors and leads production handover process for Production and Operational readiness to ensure environment stability.
· Infrastructure experience, technical background.
Technical Skills
ü Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
ü Extensive experience proyect , program and portafolio management.
ü Guarantee the viability of projects.
ü Manage financial and human resources for projects
ü Risk management and control of the project portfolio
ü Achieve the objectives of the business strategy.
ü Maximize the probability of project success
ü Knowledge of web infrastructures, cloud computing and virtualization.
ü Knowledge of operating systems (windows server / linux / unix).
ü Knowledge of Microsoft SQL, Oracle, DB2 databases, etc.
ü Knowledge in Networks, Firewall, proxy, connection filtering, packet analysis, attack detection, etc.
ü Knowledge of Physical Security and legal aspects.
ü Certifications: ITIL and PMP
ü Language: English (Advanced).
