We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Architect with expertise in load balancing, Squid Proxy, and GCP, with hands-on experience in migrating legacy Citrix NetScaler (ADC) environments to modern cloud and proxy-based architectures.
The role involves designing secure, scalable infrastructure, managing B2B traffic integrations, and driving migration from legacy NetScaler systems to modern cloud and proxy-based architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- 6 + years of experiece in Design and implement L4/L7 load balancing solutions for high availability and performance
- Manage and optimize Citrix NetScaler (ADC) including load balancing, content switching, SSL offloading, and GSLB
- Design and deploy Squid Proxy (forward/reverse proxy) for secure traffic control and caching
- Architect and manage secure B2B traffic flows with external partners
- Lead migration from NetScaler to Squid Proxy and GCP cloud-native solutions
- Strong understanding of designing and managing GCP networking, including VPCs, load balancers, firewall rules, and VPN/Interconnect solutions
- Implement security best practices, including TLS encryption, WAF, and Zero Trust principles
- Automate infrastructure using Terraform / scripting tools
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network and application traffic
Required Skills
- Strong experience in:
- Citrix NetScaler (ADC)
- Squid Proxy
- Load balancing (L4/L7)
- Enterprise networking (DNS, VPN, firewalls)
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience in B2B integrations and secure external traffic management
- Good understanding of HTTP/HTTPS, TLS/SSL, and proxy architecture
- Experience in infrastructure security and hardening
Good to Have
- GCP Certifications (Professional Cloud Architect / Network Engineer)
- Experience with Kubernetes (GKE)
- Knowledge of DevSecOps and automation tools
- Experience in migration or transformation projects
