Position Summary:
The Director of Information Security will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring a strategic, comprehensive enterprise and IT risk management program. The role will provide the vision and leadership necessary to manage the risk to the organization and will ensure business alignment, effective governance, system and product availability, integrity and confidentiality.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Provides the direction for Organization's data and cybersecurity protection and oversee Technology governance and policies.
  • Develop and maintain security roadmaps and strategy and works with various other security domain architects to align their technology and service roadmaps.
  • Identifies and leads his team to develop new security design patterns.
  • Provides in depth expertise to Infrastructure platform security topics.
  • Drives and defines required Threat management and other cyber security areas.
  • Manage multiple risk and compliance governance processes as part of information security organization.
  • Identifies major security related deficiencies and defines/designs the official pragmatic approaches on how to remediate them at scale.
  • Collaborates closely with other Security Architects and IT Architects on cloud and on-premise security related matters.
  • Provides strategic risk guidance for IT projects, including evaluation and recommendation of technical controls.
  • Act a technical leader for managing all internal and external audit requirements.

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, with degree preferred in Computer Science or Information technology systems security or related field. Master's degree preferred
    Experience:

    • Over 15 years' experience in Technology with at least 10 plus years of experience in Information Security as a specialized domain.
    • Hands on experience and technical expertise in Cyber Security, Risk compliance and Governance.
    • Knowledge of Information technology infrastructure library (ITIL) (certification preferred) with respect to security administration and information technology governance in a multiplatform environment.
    • Strong Emotional Intelligence with demonstrated sustained leadership in a large organization involving multiple stakeholders.


    Knowledge & Skills:

    • Proven ability to lead within an Enterprise environment, managing cross-divisional projects.
    • Demonstrated ability to communication with a wide audience of senior business leaders within a matrixed environment
