Job Title: Digital Media Planner
Overview:
The Digital Media Planner is responsible for managing, forecasting, and optimizing Cineverse’s owned media inventory to deliver campaigns across Cineverse’s streaming networks and channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage data analytics to scope & plan marketing inventory and allocate resources as per requirement to various marketing sectors within the organization
- Build and maintain owned media inventory flow charts across CTV, homepages, newsletters, display, push, and in-app notifications.
- Forecast impressions and audience reach by campaign, ensuring allocation aligns with priority of initiatives.
- Manage owned media campaigns for Theatrical, Home Entertainment, SVOD Catalogue, and SVOD Brand campaigns.
- Ensure campaigns meet impression delivery goals and are prioritized by business impact.
- Partner with Coordinators to shepherd creative requests for static, AV, and copy assets.
- Coordinate owned media calendars with SVOD, FAST, Paid Media, and Social Media teams.
- Track campaign delivery and provide recaps with impressions delivered vs. forecasted.
- Recommend optimizations to maximize ROI across Cineverse’s owned inventory.
- Ready to work US hours: 10:30 am – 7:00 pm ET / 7:30 am – 4 pm PT
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in media planning or campaign strategy.
- Strong understanding of CTV or digital media, video display, newsletters, push, and in-app media.
- Proven experience with impression forecasting, audience segmentation, and campaign ROI planning.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills to align cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in streaming, media, or entertainment industries.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field required.
