We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with PowerBI and SQL, including the ability to write and optimize their own queries. This role requires proficiency in data manipulation, cleaning, and validation to ensure high-quality, reliable results.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using PowerBI
- Write, troubleshoot, and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
- Clean, manipulate, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Monitor data pipelines and contribute to process improvements
- Leverage near real-time dashboarding tools, such as Grafana or similar platforms, for advanced data visualization (preferred)
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- B Tech / MCA in Computer Science
- 4+ years of proven experience with PowerBI for dashboard and report creation
- Hands-on experience in data manipulation, cleaning, and validation
- Proven solid SQL skills, including the ability to write custom queries independently
- Experience with Grafana or other real-time data dashboarding tools
- Proven background in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
- Proven excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
