We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer with over four years of experience to design, build, and optimize data pipelines and integrations for our AI/ML teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced proficiency in SQL and ETL processes, a strong track record of integrating complex and disparate data sources, and hands-on experience with major cloud platforms. This role is pivotal in ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable data flows that drive business insights and innovation.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL pipelines to support analytics and AI/ML initiatives
• Integrate and manage data from diverse sources, ensuring accessibility and quality for data science teams
• Design and implement data movement strategies between AWS, Azure, Databricks, and Snowflake, ensuring efficient and secure transfers
• Handle near real-time data ingestion and processing using Kafka streaming solutions
• Deploy and manage data encryption protocols; work with encrypted datasets to ensure compliance and security
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a related field
• Certification in AWS, Azure, Databricks, or Snowflake platforms
• 4+ years of professional experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar data-focused role
• Solid hands-on experience with ETL tools and methodologies
• Proven experience moving and integrating data between cloud services and Snowflake
• Experience supporting AI/ML model development with robust data solutions
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and Databricks
• Familiarity with data governance and compliance best practices
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for data querying, transformation, and optimization
• Proven expertise in handling near real-time data and Kafka streaming technologies
• Demonstrated ability to deploy data encryption and manage encrypted datasets
• Proven excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
