Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with evolving business objectives and provide seamless user experiences. The engineer actively participates in refining application features and optimizing performance to support operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Advanced Reporting.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience in designing and configuring custom reports and dashboards within enterprise systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to reporting tools and data accuracy.
- Familiarity with data integration techniques and ensuring data consistency across platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Workday Advanced Reporting.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
