Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform, Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Development.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce applications with external systems and APIs.
- Familiarity with declarative and programmatic development approaches on the Salesforce platform.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
