Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. This role requires engaging with various project components to ensure that software solutions align with organizational goals. The workday often includes collaborating with different teams to understand requirements, developing application features, and refining configurations to optimize performance and usability. Continuous evaluation and adjustment of applications to meet evolving business demands are integral parts of the daily routine, fostering innovation and efficiency within the software environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Assist in documenting technical specifications and application workflows to support project transparency and knowledge sharing.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to enhance overall team performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong understanding of back-end development including server-side programming and database integration.
- Familiarity with application lifecycle management and version control systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues effectively.
- Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
