As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that meet unique business requirements. The role includes coding and enhancing various components within systems or applications, ensuring they are scalable and perform efficiently. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is integral to adapt solutions dynamically, using contemporary development frameworks and agile methodologies to maintain high standards and timely delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Continuously improve code quality and system performance through regular reviews and testing.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate best practices into development processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot, Java, Java Enterprise Edition, Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices architecture using Spring Boot.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases and their integration with Java applications.
- Experience with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance in complex environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
