Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions meet business needs while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. The engineer actively oversees the progress of development tasks and ensures alignment with project goals, fostering a collaborative environment to drive successful delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of application design and configuration activities.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Syniti ADM for SAP.
- Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management and software configuration processes.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues within enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration strategies related to SAP systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Syniti ADM for SAP.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
