The engineer focuses on meeting specific business requirements by continuously enhancing software functionality and collaborating with stakeholders to align technical outcomes with organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Maintain and optimize existing software components to improve performance and reliability.
- Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their development tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in developing and enhancing custom software solutions using SAP ABAP on HANA platform.
- Strong understanding of database concepts and ability to optimize code for performance in HANA environments.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and modern development frameworks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues independently.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
