Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Assist in documenting technical specifications and application workflows.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with emerging technologies relevant to the role.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Redshift.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Analytics.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and cloud-based data solutions.
- Ability to optimize database performance and manage large-scale data environments.
- Experience in writing complex queries and managing data pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and integration of analytics tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Amazon Redshift.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
