Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications tailored to meet project requirements. This role requires acting as the main liaison for stakeholders, coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. The position demands proactive problem-solving, continuous communication, and oversight of project progress to maintain alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Monitor project timelines and resource allocation to optimize productivity and meet deadlines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong understanding of production planning processes and discrete manufacturing environments.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP modules to support business workflows.
- Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow between SAP and other enterprise systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
